Shipping Info
Every order from Arkay's Art Cave is carefully packed and shipped from Napier, New Zealand.
Most products are released through limited-time Cave Drops, which means your order may include a production period before it's ready to ship.
Preorder Shipping
Most Cave Drop products are produced after the preorder window closes.
This means your order won't ship immediately after purchase. Production begins once the preorder period has ended, followed by quality checks, careful packing, and dispatch.
If your order contains preorder items, the estimated production timeline will be shown on the product page.
Shipping Locations
Arkay's Art Cave currently ships across New Zealand and Australia.
As the Art Cave grows, I hope to offer shipping to more countries.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
You'll always be able to see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
Ordering Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items from the same Cave Drop, they'll usually be shipped together once everything is ready.
If you've placed multiple orders during the same Cave Drop, get in touch before your order ships. If I'm able to combine them, I'll happily refund any excess shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact me as soon as possible. I'll do everything I can to update your details before your parcel is dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside my control.
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or has gone missing, please get in touch. I'll happily work with you and the courier to help track it down.
