Looking to cover, rework, or improve an existing tattoo?
Cover-ups and reworks depend heavily on the existing tattoo, including its size, placement, colour, darkness and the surrounding available space. You don't need to know which approach is best before enquiring. I'll assess what you have and recommend the strongest direction.
Cover-ups often need to be larger or darker than the existing tattoo, and not every design can successfully cover every tattoo. I'll be upfront about what's realistically achievable.
Photos Are Important
Please upload a clear close-up photo of the existing tattoo and a wider photo showing the tattoo, its placement and the surrounding area.
Natural light is best. Please avoid filters, heavy shadows or anything that makes the existing tattoo difficult to see.
